UTS Systems Acquires Hercules Manufacturing, Strengthening Its Mobile Power Manufacturing and Customer Support

FAIRFIELD, VA – UTS Systems, LLC (“UTS”), a leading innovator of rapid-deployable military shelter systems and equipment, announces its acquisition of Brinkley Technology Group, LLC (d/b/a Hercules Manufacturing) (“Hercules”) a key partner and supplier of generators, heaters and trailer-mounted support systems that are integral to UTS’s diversified product line.
This acquisition brings Hercules, a certified Perkins engine dealer, into strategic manufacturing alignment with UTS while streamlining customer service, support, and product offerings in mobile power and environmental control systems. Hercules’ facility in Massillon, Ohio, will continue as a hub of equipment manufacturing and engineering innovation as part of UTS.
